Summer Reading at the library is almost here...and we want YOU to volunteer. If you're between the ages of 12-18, you are eligible. You may pick up an application in the YA section of the library.

Grace Church, Hot Spot Tanning to sponsor Egg Hunt

Grace Church and Hot Spot Tanning -- along with the La Vergne Parks and Recreation Department -- are the sponsors of the 2010 Egg Hunt, to take place at Bicentennial Park on Saturday, March 27.

Twirling classes starting

The Tennessee Twirlers, Inc will offer a 12 week baton twirling class at the La Vergne Multi-Purpose Bldg on Tues nights. This program is for ages 5 and up. The beginner class starts at 6:30pm. For more information please call La Vergne Parks and Recreation Department at 793-3224 or Niki Davis at 406-1617.
