Vendor Application Process
This page outlines the process for applying to be a vendor
with the City of La Vergne.
Applications must be submitted to the Purchasing department
in City Hall to be considered. The Purchase department is
open Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm.
Below are links to the forms that will need to be completed in order
to be considered for a vendor or bid/proposal. The forms are in PDF
and will require Adobe's free Acrobat Reader
to view, complete, and/or print. If you prefer, preprinted
application forms are available at the La Vergne City Hall
in the Purchasing department.
A vendor application is required for ALL Bids/Proposals.
