Ms. Phillis Rogers

Phillis Rogers was hired as the City of La Vergne's Finance Director in August 2007.
In December of 2010, she accepted the added responsibility of being the Director
of the City's Water/Sewer Billing Department.
A Rutherford County native, Rogers is a Certified Municipal Finance Officer (CMFO)
and a graduate of MTSU. She has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration
where she majored in accounting. Phillis also has more than 25 years of
accounting/finance experience.
