Human Resources Director Kathi Payne was named to that position
in January, 2001, after Dr. David Stewart resigned due to
health reasons.
A graduate of Summertown High School, Mrs. Payne attended
Columbia State Community College, where she received an A.S.
in Career Education. She subsequently attended MTSU, where she
received a B.S. degree in business education.
She comes to the department with 12 years experience in the
Human Resources field. In addition, she has completed courses
in FMLA, HIPPA, ADA and COBRA. She is also a certified CPR
instructor.
