Teresa Wilberscheid has been working at La Vergne Public Library since April of 2004. She was hired in as a Children’s Library assistant, and soon after became the library’s first YA Services coordinator. In February of 2007 she became one of the library’s full-time catalogers in addition to continuing her work for the library’s teen patrons. Teresa became the Interim Director of the library in mid-August 2009.
A native of New York, Teresa has lived in La Vergne for over 17 years. She is a graduate of Belmont University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies, with most of her course work done in Literature and History. She and her husband Will have been married since October of 2002 and have one dog and two cats.
