The City Planner answers a number of questions, including
those about the City's zoning requirements, subdivision
regulations, and application processes. He reviews site
plans for development, rezoning requests, subdivision plats,
variance requests, and special exceptions for presentation
to the Planning Commission, the Board of Zoning Appeals (BOZA),
and the Board of Mayor and Alderman. Additionally, he
re-writes and updates the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision
Regulations. Grant Green currently hold the position of
City Planner.
