Planning Department Phone: 615-213-2624 Fax: 615-213-8692 The City Planner’s office is located at 5175 Murfreesboro Road. Kristin Costanzo is the City Planner. The City Planner answers a number of questions, including those about the City's zoning requirements, subdivision regulations, and application processes. The City Planner reviews site plans for development, rezoning requests, subdivision plats, variance requests, and special exceptions for presentation to the Planning Commission, the Board of Zoning Appeals(BOZA), and the Board of Mayor and Alderman. Additionally, the City Planner updates the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations, which can be found on the Codes page. The Planner is also a member of the Nashville Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Technical Coordinating Committee. The MPO is responsible for planning and prioritizing federal and state funded transportation projects for much of Middle Tennessee. City Planning |
