The Public Works is headed by
Guy Patterson.
The Public Works Department is responsible for ensuring that
the Citys infrastructure streets, water and sewer lines
are installed, maintained and repaired as needed. In addition
to the Street, Water and Sewer departments, there is a
Mapping Coordinator, the City Engineer, and Fleet Management.
Director
Guy Patterson (email: gpatterson@lavergne.org) is the director
of the Public Works Department. He is primarily responsible for
managing the department and ensuring that the duties of the
department are executed in a professional, courteous and
prompt manner.
Street Department
Gary Riddle (email: griddle@lavergne.org) is the Street
Department Supervisor. The division is responsible for
maintaining and repairing any City-accepted streets.
Work hours are Monday through Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm.
Water Department
Lloyd Adkins (email:ladkins@lavergne.org) is the Water
Department Supervisor. This division is responsible for
installing, maintaining and repairing City water lines. Work
hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm.
Sewer Department -
Randy Bartlett (email: rbartlett@lavergne.org) is the Sewer
Department Supervisor. This division is responsible for
maintaining and repairing any City sewer lines. Work hours
are Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm.
Mapping Coordinator -
The Mapping Coordinator for the Public Works department
is Jim Owens (email: jowens@lavergne.org) . The Mapping
Coordinator maps the sewer lines within the city of La Vergne.
Fleet Management -
Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Coordinator
Kitty Walker (email: kwalker@lavergne.org) is the Public
Works Coordinator. In addition to answering phones, she does
the following for the Public Works Department: issues work
orders for streets, water and sewer departments and takes
complaints concerning city streets, plus on other public
works-related issues. She also answers a variety of questions
and assists in the flow of communication between citizens
and the Department. Work hours are Monday through Friday
7:30am to 4:00pm.
The Public Works Department is located at 148 International
Blvd. Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm.
