Phone: (615) 793-6536 The La Vergne Water Treatment Plant is a privately owned company (Severn Trent Services) contracted by the City of La Vergne. The La Vergne Water Treatment Plant is a state certified bacteriological laboratory. We run tests on our finished water every day. The EPA and the State also require each plant to perform a number of random samples from the distribution system each month. This number depends on the population served. At the present time, the water plant employees collect 30 samples from homes through out the city per month. To ensure that we get samples that cover the city, we have divided the city into 30 sections and get one from each section. The Water Quality Reports can be viewed by clicking the links below.
