Application Process
This page outlines the process for applying for job openings
with the City of La Vergne.
As of August 1st, 2003, we only accept applications for
posted positions. You must include a specific job posting
on the "Position Desired" line fo the application
to be considered. (For Example: "Clerical" or "
Anything" are not specific).
Applications must be submitted to the Human Resources department
in City Hall to be considered. The Human Resources department is
open Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm.
The City of La Vergne is a "drug-free workplace". All
candidates selected for any job opening must pass a physical
exam and a drug screen before starting the job.

application forms are available at the La Vergne City Hall
in the Human Resources department.
